1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://kqfeture.shop and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Products and descriptions
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including material, dimensions and finish. Please note:
- Leather is a natural material. Grain, tone and markings vary between pieces and over time, and these variations are a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
- Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and hand-finished edges and hardware may show small variations from piece to piece.
- Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly, particularly on hand-made and made-to-order pieces.
- We may withdraw any product, or change materials, specifications or availability, at any time.
5. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
6. Orders and order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. When you place an order you receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it — this is not acceptance of your order.
A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where:
- The item is out of stock or no longer available.
- Payment cannot be authorised or is later reversed.
- We suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, or a breach of these terms.
- There is an error in the price or description shown on the site.
- The delivery address is not one we can ship to.
If we cancel an order, we refund any amount already paid.
7. Made-to-order and personalised pieces
Some pieces are made to order or personalised to your instructions, including Atelier Collection pieces and belts cut to a supplied measurement. For these orders:
- The production time stated on the product page is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
- You are responsible for supplying measurements and personalisation details accurately. We are not liable for errors in details you provide.
- Cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms, and we do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.
We may carry out fraud and identity checks before dispatch, and may contact you for additional verification. Orders that fail these checks may be cancelled and refunded.
9. Shipping, delivery and risk
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout, and delivery estimates given on the site are indicative rather than guaranteed. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $200. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
- Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier completes delivery to the address you provided.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, and for any re-delivery or return charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied on international shipments are your responsibility.
10. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may withdraw or refuse a promotion at any time where it is used in breach of its conditions or in a way we reasonably consider to be abuse.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, product photography, illustrations, the KQ FETURE name and logo, graphics and site design — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
- Introduce viruses or any other malicious code, or interfere with the site’s operation.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, prices or product data.
- Use the site in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else.
14. Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including payment providers and shipping carriers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Nothing on the site is advice, and product information is provided for general guidance only. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any product purchased through it.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guangxi Weituo Technology Co., Ltd., its directors, employees and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, the courts located in Guangxi, China have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site.

19. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
20. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
